What a great night, fantastic sounding room, amazing venue, great people, it doesn't get much better. What a fantastic venue, whoever designed this buildings interior deserves the highest praise. Thanks to Jackie for her help in making this a fantastic night, the people at the village shop for providing a ticket outlet, Tim Chu for mixing the sound so brilliantly and last but not least the people of this beautiful village and beyond for showing up in such numbers on the night, in a quarter century of being a pro musician I can't remember a better gig. Thanks to everyone who turned out to see the show on this truly awful night of fog and freezing rain, the weather this winter has rivalled The Rocky mountains, John would have felt right at home here this December. Hello and welcome to my first blog (hate that word by the way) The seed of the idea for this show 'The music of John Denver' was planted way back in the early 90s.
